Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products or Services. You should understand that by regestring to the Partner Program , you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Information About Us
We, M5TECH, a Company registered in marrakech under ICE number 002969072000027 and our local situated in AFAQ 1 NO 486 SAADA MARRAKECH .

How the contract is formed between you and us
After Registering to our program , you will receive online notification from us if you are accepted or not,if yes we have will send you an identical number that you should keep with you. After registration confirmation we will send you a simple project to work on it to see your professional level this first project is just to evaluate your skills, after that you will start to receive projects ,after finishing each project and after the paiment of the customer ,and after excluding the Taxes that we should pay to the gouvernement that is 4% from the total price of the service, you will earn 55% from the totale of the project on service (not from the products sales),
– first case for example (we send you a Website project Creation The cost of the project is 5000 DH, After excluding 4% taxes , the cost turned to 4800 DH so you will earn from this project 2750 DH).
– second case for network services for example (we send you a surveillance camera setup project , the cost of the project is 3000 DH “products sold included in the cost” so we exclude 21% taxes ,the cost turned to 2370 DH , we exclude also the totale price of products sold for example 1500 DH ,that makes cost of the installation service 870 DH ,so you will get 479 Dh Profit After the paiment of the customer and the end of project).
Warranty
We warrant to you that you get paied after each work you do ,after the end of the project and after the satisfaction and payment of our client .
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel you registration from the program anytime ,but you should know after canceling your registration from the program you have no right to register again the reason why we will keep your information in our database ,you by your agreement to the terms and conditions you agree this term.
Obligations & Rights
– You may only transfer your rights and obligations under your Contract with us if we agree to this in writing.
– You have the Right To know the Totale cost of any project you do and Also your profit from this project.
– You should notice that your contact with the customer is limited and any contact will be with the Administrator of M5TECH.
– Any work not completed on time will result in the partner being excluded from the program.
– Any conflict or problem between a partner and a client must be reported to the management immediately, and the partner must avoid any problem / misunderstanding with the client.
– Any problem in the project you can only contact with the administrator to solve it.
– Any project rejected by the customer will be returned to the partner to update it to the needs of the customer.
– After finishing the project the partner is required to be patient until the end of the procedure and after the payment of the client.
– Any intentionally incorrect information from the partner may result in legal liability.
